Delta banned an unruly Donald Trump supporter from the airline for life on Monday, six days after on-board video footage of the passenger was posted to Facebook and viewed more than two million times.

In the 44-second clip, which was captured on a Nov. 22 flight from Atlanta to Allentown, Pa., the unidentified man could be seen standing in an aisle while praising Trump and saying: "We got some Hillary b-tch-s on here?"

It was unclear what prompted the outburst. But before the video ends and the man appears to return to his seat and he can be heard saying: "He's your president, every g-dd-mn one of you. If you don't like it, too bad."

In a statement Sunday, Delta apologized to passengers who were on the flight, saying the man shouldn't have been allowed to remain on board.

In the memo Monday, Delta CEO Ed Bastian said the airline would refund their tickets and that the man "will never again be allowed on a Delta plane."

"This individual displayed behavior that was loud, rude and disrespectful to his fellow customers," the memo read. "After questioning the customer, our team members made the best decision they could given the information they had and allowed him to remain on the flight. However, if our colleagues had witnessed firsthand what was shown in the video, there is no question they would have removed him from the aircraft."

Bastian added that "the heightened tension in our society means that now more than ever we must require civility on our planes and in our facilities. We must stay true to Delta’s core values and treat one another with dignity and respect."
