Some people complain when the neighbors are yellin'. But what if the neighbor is Yellen? Yes, Janet Yellen, the head of the Federal Reserve. Residents of the upscale Washington neighborhood of Hillandale are up in arms over Yellen's security detail with their "doughnut bellies." According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Yellen's guards are more intrusive than those of former FBI chief Robert Mueller, who also lives in Hillandale. "Now we have this group, overweight, wearing the most ridiculous blue uniforms...and they have guns that are visible," one neighbor told the newspaper. Yellen, a native New Yorker, has lived in the development for a few years, but her promotion to Fed chief in February led her security detail to rent a townhouse down the street.
