Holder: Citigroup To Pay $7B To Resolve Mortgage Probe

Attorney General Eric Holder says, Citigroup has agreed to pay $7 billion to settle a U.S. government probe into the bank's trading of mortgage-backed securities in the run-up to the 2008 financial crisis.
