Video: The president and congressional leaders have begun discussions that will hopefully lead to a resolution on the economy. “It’s one thing to have a positive meeting, it’s the other thing to have a framework that the rank-and-file in both parties can follow,” CNBC’s chief Washington correspondent John Harwood told TODAY’s Erica Hill.
