The Deal
Air Tran Airways is currently offering discounted business class rates for travel between select U.S. cities. Upgrade from the budget airlines’ already low rates for a supplemental charge of just $35 to $75 each-way. Flying business has never been more affordable and rewarding.

So what makes business class travel worth the splurge? On board, you can expect wider seats that provide for more leg and elbow room. You’ll also be treated to complimentary drinks. If you decide to, quite literally, sit in the lap of luxury, be sure to book these fares soon, before this promotion disappears for good.

The Dollars lists the following sample upgrade rates (in addition to standard fares) between:

Atlanta–Jacksonville: $35 Atlanta–Chicago: $35 Boston–Philadelphia: $35 Boston–Atlanta: $35 Baltimore–Milwaukee: $35 New York–Atlanta: $35 New York–Akron/Canton: $35 Baltimore–Dallas/Ft. Worth: $50 Baltimore–Tampa: $50 Dallas/Ft. Worth–Los Angeles: $50 Milwaukee–Orlando: $50 Orlando–Wichita: $50 Philadelphia–West Palm Beach: $50 Atlanta–Denver: $75 Atlanta–Las Vegas: $75 Atlanta–San Francisco: $75 And many more!

The Catch
These upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you wait until check-in to upgrade, you may find yourself out of luck.
