President Bush heads to Florida today -- to stump in a House district that could help decide if his party keeps control of Congress.

House Speaker John Boehner became animated Tuesday over the proposed Keystone Pipeline, castigating the Obama administration for not having approved the project yet.

The president's raising cash for (m) millionaire auto dealer Vern Buchanan, who faces an uphill fight against ex-banker Christine Jennings.

Normally the district around Sarasota would be safely Republican. But its current occupant, Katherine Harris, is running for Senate. And even though Buchanan's using lots of his own cash, he's been plagued by what's hurting the G-O-P nationally -- everything from the Iraq war to the Congressional page scandal.

According to the polls, not only does Harris trail Senator Bill Nelson, Buchanan, her would-be G-O-P successor in the House, is also behind.

Thus, Democrats count this as one of the 15 seats they're hoping to gain and seize control of the House.
