Why should the groom get all the fun? Today’s brides are going the distance to celebrate those last days of singlehood in style. Here are some of our favorite party spots for you and your crew.

Belly up
Learn some sexy moves at Scottsdale Arizona’s newly reopened Hotel Valley Ho, once the fave hangout of Marilyn, Bing and Bogie. Ask for adjoining cabana rooms – they come with oversized patios perfect for pool-side partying. Then learn the fine art of belly-dancing from instructor Carrie E. The lesson is followed by a Mideastern banquet – guilt-free since you burned all those calories.

Glamour games
The Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa is the hottest address in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Pick up some duds in the retail piazza, then head off to Pierre & Carlo for blow-outs. When you’re good and glam, indulge in gourmet tequilas and eclectic eats at Gypsy Bar. Your main event is a show at the Event Center (recent headliners have included Gwen Stefani and the Strokes); then it’s time to hit the tables.

Calling all cowgirls
It’s “giddyup and go” at Alisal Guest Ranch, a working cattle ranch outside Santa Barbara, California, where special Cowgirl Boot Camp weekends have caught on like wildfire. Spend your days riding the range with real cowgirls and cowboys; they’ll even teach you to rope a few cattle if you’re interested. But this West isn’t too wild: After some evening two-steppin’, settle down in front of the campfire to sip pinot noir before drifting off to your cushy down beds.

Spa in the city
Slideshow: Around the World If your idea of heaven is a weekend at the spa, hightail it to Chicago’s landmark Peninsula Hotel. This spa is a showplace, taking over the entire top two floors. Swim in the pool, tan on the sun deck, hit the fitness center or surrender to a luscious menu of body treatments. When you’re totally blessed out, reconvene in the floor-to-ceiling-windowed relaxation room and take in the view of the Magnificent Mile bustling below.

Island idyll
The sleepy Puerto Rican island of Vieques has become a great place to get away. Check in to the new Bravo Beach Hotel, which features sleek white guest rooms (most within 30 feet of the ocean), a poolside honor bar, an onsite tapas restaurant and luxe touches like Aveda amenities and Frette linens. You’re also within walking distance of the bars, shops and restaurants in the main town, Isabel Segunda.
