Nearly three weeks after Election Day, a House race in Ohio has been decided.

Or has it?

The county elections chief in Columbus says Republican Congresswoman Deborah Pryce has narrowly won re-election, by one-thousand-55 votes over Mary Jo Kilroy. And that's a margin small enough to require a recount.

The results come one day after Franklin County completed its count of absentee and provisional ballots.

An attorney for Kilroy says they're pleased they get a free recount. But a spokesman for Pryce says their side doesn't think a recount will change anything.
