They look a little swollen compared to the usual headphones, but Bose’s new in-ear set sound way better than those cheapos that came with your iPod, which sound okay at best, and constantly fall out when you’re hitting the pavement.
The reason for the funkier, chunkier look: What Bose calls “TriPort acoustic headphone structure.” Translation: Deeper, fuller lows while still giving nice highs.
Most importantly to winter runners and riders is the slightly squishy, soft silicon tips that plug in to your ears and stay in without falling out every few paces.
