Oregon Scientific (ATC-2000) Helmet Camera

Sure your fellow borders can shoot video of you pulling off a perfect Inverted Arial on the half pipe so you can see how cool you look. But how about turning the view around, to show them what it looks like from your point of view?

With Oregon Scientific’s ATC2K Helmet Cam, you can. Strap it onto your protective headwear — or your mountain bike’s handlebars, or anywhere the enclosed attachment hardware will let you — hit record, and do your wild thing. The cam captures 30 frames per second at 640 x 480 resolution.

Because its waterproof, wipeouts won’t matter — get up, brush yourself off, and try again. The built in 512MB of memory gives you 15 minutes of shooting time, or plug in a 2GB SD card for up to 60 minutes of video action.

Back home, connect to your PC with a USB cable, transfer your footage, and login to YouTube to show off your spectacular flying feats.
