The Deal
The dollar isn't as strong as the euro, but you'll more than make up for it with these bargain vacations to Europe. Bundling up means you’ll save a bundle over trips this spring, because we've found a slew of affordable Europe packages good for travel in the next few months; you'll hardly notice the chill as you jet between exciting museums and fabulous restaurants. Pick between five-night city flings in European cities from only $369 including airfare, go Greek in early spring from $1359, book a winter jaunt to Scotland for $769, or explore Tuscany's wine country from $1299!

Bargain City Flings in Europe from $369
For a city fling in Europe’s most fabulous cities, turn to EuropeanDestinations, who offer a variety of five-night vacations (including airfare) from just $369. The lowest price applies to a holiday in Prague with air from New York, but you can opt to see Paris from $429 (from Miami), London from $475 (from Chicago), or Rome from $529 (from Chicago). Hotels are basic, but you can upgrade your digs because there are more than 20 places to stay on offer in each city. The quoted costs are valid for midweek departures on March 14, with the March 19 return.

Go Greek for Less this Early Spring
To soak up the ancient history of Greece and its sun-drenched islands, we suggest the Virgin-Vacations special we found on offer for early spring. Book now and you’ll save serious dollars – a six-night Athens and islands combo is just $1359 for travel between April 2 and May 17. The price includes airfare; a three-night stay in the Greek capital at midrange hotel with breakfast; a three-night cruise to Mykonos, Rhodes and Patmos; and a visit to Turkey thrown in. Covered on the cruise are all meals on board but no drinks, port charges, or shore excursions. Note that the same package goes up to $2049 for later departures.

See Scotland from $769
If guided tours aren't your thing, you'll love the freedom of this EuropeASAP package. Fly to Edinburgh and stay for three nights at a basic hotel, then enjoy a seven-day car rental to see more of Scotland at your leisure. $769 includes airfare, three nights in Edinburgh, daily breakfast at your hotel, car rental with unlimited mileage, and even a map of Scotland. This price is available for departures from New York (other gateways available) through March 22.

Tuscany wine tour from just $1299
For a slice of the Tuscany sunshine, turn to Foreign Independent Tours and the 9-day Tuscany wine tour offered for $1299. This package includes airfare from New York, four nights at a four-star hotel in Florence, three nights at an elegant villa hotel outside the Tuscan town of Chuisi, three-day car rental, daily breakfast and two dinners, a tour of an old wine cellar in the Renaissance town of Montepulciano and a wine tasting, and an afternoon excursion to the Chianti area. This price is valid for one departure only, on February 26, but the March trips are affordable, too: $1399 for March 1 and $1499 for March 11. Packages on later dates cost up to $2699!

The Dollars
All package pricing is based on double occupancy and excludes air taxes and fees. See above for details.

The Catch
The prices are ideal, but the weather less so.
