Four year old Jackson Morello Barnes sliding through the otter pool at the Cameron Park Zoo in Waco, Tx. The otters can be seen swimming around the clear slide that actually goes through the otter exhibit. Waco is a great spring break vacation - it has a wonderful Children's museum and an excellent zoo. My son chooses to go there each year for his birthday and chose it over Sea World this year.

It was supposed to be a romantic anniversary trip for my husband and I. We got married in Orlando the year prior and had our reception on Disney property. I seem to forget that my husband is 6 years younger and a college student. Recipe: 1 part hawaiian luau with all you can drink included + a coconut monkey + a flight home the next day = monkey love

Maraposa Grove, Yosemite National Park, March 14, 2007. Hiked 2 1/2 miles to get to the Sequoia trees over 2,ooo foot elevation increase. Went from 4,000 to 6,000 feet. These particular sequoias had been down for several hundred years, hard to believe. The grove has the largest living things known to humans. Youngest daughter here sabotaging older one w/ snow ball......Yosemite is TRULY a GEM of America to be viewed, treasured, and preserved for future generations.

Picture of me about to jump off the rocks at Copper Canyon in Lake Havasu, AZ. Me and some friends went here for spring break because of the great weather (near 100) and it was a good spot for college students. Jumping off the rocks was quite the experience and it gives you something to brag about when you go back to school.
