Gasoline prices on average dropped about 10.7 cents over the last two weeks, according to a national survey released Sunday.
Regular was $2.78 a gallon, mid-grade was $2.90 and premium was $3.02, said oil industry analyst Trilby Lundberg.
The nation’s lowest average price was in St. Louis, where a gallon of regular cost $2.52. The highest was in Chicago at $3.15, according to the Lundberg Survey of 7,000 stations nationwide.
