Another school is dealing with an antibiotic-resistant staph infection.

Health officials say nine athletes and a coach at Iona College in suburban New York have been infected. One of them was hospitalized but has been released. The Westchester County, New York, health commissioner says the outbreak is under control.

According to health and education officials, staph infections have spread in recent weeks through schools across the nation. On Oct. 15 a high school senior in Virginia died of a Methicillin-resistant strain of staph.
