Since this is the first page to switch there will be more step by step instruction and suggestions here. As we move on to other sections we can refer to this page as a template of sorts to check for rendering oddities in the newly rolled out pages. We will not need to follow check each item in every page on every section as most will be assumed to be working. Special cases will be noted on the subsequent pages.

Before switch:
1. Clear cache, cookies etc. in browser
2. make a back up of the page as best you can to enable rollback
3. ***Try to set/reset your browser to default security settings.
After Switch:
1. Clear cache, cookies etc. in browser and navigate to pages.
2. view source and compare the head meta data output of each page to existing pages
3. Try to do the checks below after refeshing the page to bring in different ads, time permitting.
4. Check pages in preview (for example

or use workbench to preview page. Try using the bookmarklet tool on the Rollout Home page to help.
5. Expand and collapse the browser window to see how the page looks in various width and height combinations, time permitting
6. Check CNBC pages to make sure that they are still rendering seperately
7. Check a random sampling of Today show pages to ensure that they are rendering correctly. This includes clicking on pages that are MSNBC page links that need to Today Show wrapped.
