The Lundberg Survey says the average price fell about 3 cents over the last two weeks.

As of Friday, self-serve regular gasoline averaged $2.94 a gallon, with mid-grade at $3.07 and premium at $3.18.

Of the cities surveyed, the cheapest prices were in St. Louis. A gallon of regular cost $2.76 on average there. Honolulu has the highest at $3.35.
