One that caught our attention: The includes accommodations; unlimited meals, snacks, and alcoholic drinks; and complimentary use of kayaks, sailboats, golf courses, tennis courts, and the on-site disco. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. Rates start at $114 per room per night.

Los Cabos, from $217 per room per night
The Fiesta Americana Grand in Los Cabos provides guests with a per reservation good toward food, beverages, and spa services. The 250-room resort is near a beach on the tip of Baja California.
