The Waikiki skyline is seen here from a concrete breaker extending out from the beach into the Pacific. In the distance, an aircraft departs Honolulu Airport and begins to arc westward. The clouds are loitering around the island this time of year, and make for beautiful skies both day and night. Taken in January 2009, Canon 20D, 18/55mm kit lens, ISO 100, 30 second exposure.

This is a picture that I took when my Mom and I went to Ireland last November. It is at St Kevin's Monastery. I just like the way the shot looked after I saw it. The branches of the bushes making a natural arch, the trees in the background. The cemetary is incredibly old, and it is still in use today!
