Burris was appointed to Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat year by former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. But he's under fire for changing his story repeatedly about circumstances surrounding his appointment.

Burris also told Durbin he has not made up his mind about running for re-election in 2010.
