    Saturday night, someone who felt lucky may turn out to be the luckiest person in the world as they pick the numbers for the Powerball jackpot, now at $600 million. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports.

Once the pride of a president, ship now decaying

    Steel-hulled and built to look like a mini-Titanic, the 240-foot Williamsburg started out in the early 1930s as the Aras, a private yacht. She became a patrol gunboat during World War II. But it was as President Harry S. Truman’s yacht that she gained acclaim as his "seagoing White House." NBC’s Jim Maceda reports.

More young people having strokes, study says

    A recent study in the journal Neurology found that the proportion of young people who are having strokes increased from one in eight stroke patients in the mid-90s to one in five in just over a decade. NBC’s Dr. Nancy Snyderman reports.
