“I want to move there.”

Sure, many of us have said something similar after a visit to a new place, but Mark T. Murray really means it.

“[Switzerland] was phenomenal, he said. “The cleanliness, how people conduct themselves, everything runs on time — I was just blown away.”

Murray submitted the top-rated image in this week’s It’s A Snap travel photo contest.

While in Geneva for business in April 2008, Murray took a train ride to Montreux where he found a park overlooking Lake Geneva and the French Alps.

“It was a dream park for that day, he said. “There were people walking around holding hands, kissing, eating ice cream.”

Murray credits his sister, Susan M. Euart, for teaching him the fundamentals behind landscape photography.

Perhaps the Greensboro, N.C.-resident can use those tips for another trip he’s about to take.

“I’m going to Ireland shortly.”
