Chef Alex Stratta says he plans to serve lobster Newberg at his two-Michelin star restaurant Alex, and coq au vin at his other restaurant Stratta. Coq au vin is a chicken dish cooked in red wine.
Seven other restaurants will serve dishes inspired by Child, recently portrayed by Meryl Streep in the film "Julie & Julia."
