  Medium-range test missile could strike Japan, Guam

Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Seoul, South Korea, warning North Korea’s leader not to test fire a medium-range missile. The missile has a range of up to 2,500 miles, with the potential to hit Japan and Guam. NBC’s Andrea Mitchell reports.
