Temperatures surge, with relief still days away

  As the heat sweeps across the US, in Atlanta they finally cracked 90 degrees. It has been 40 years since the city has gone this deep into July without hitting that temperature. NBC’s Mike Seidel reports.

High heat to bake East Coast for days
