  The Global Medical Relief Fund's Elissa Montanti has a very simple mission in life: to help children injured in war zones or natural disasters. She's worked with children from Bosnia, Haiti and Afghanistan. Montanti joins Morning Joe to discuss the fund and her new book "I'll Stand By You."
