Review site Yelp is hosting an open party in Houston's new EaDo (East Downtown) neighborhood. The free event will have food and beverage stands, live music, and exhibits from 13 local artists. The rate includes use of the resort's tennis courts, pool, activity center with a video arcade and ping-pong, and bicycles.
