The deal
Spending time with family this Thanksgiving doesn’t have to mean visiting that whacky aunt’s house again for some of her homemade pumpkin pie. This year, round up the troops and start a new holiday tradition by celebrating Turkey Day in the Southwest.

Forever Houseboats is offering an amazing deal on boat rentals at numerous locations including Lake Mead, a scenic man-made reservoir located just 45 minutes from Las Vegas. The Thanksgiving Bird and Boat package includes a houseboat rental for five days for the price of three — that’s a total of savings of 40 percent!

The houseboats are fully-equipped to sleep as many as ten people comfortably and the 70’ Millennium Houseboat even has a hot tub on the upper deck. Each boat is stocked with a kitchen, barbecue grills, a waterslide, and for the Thanksgiving holiday you’ll also have a turkey waiting in the ‘fridge.

Rates for this package vary on location, but the Lake Mead special starts at $2,038 (normally $5,095). This offer is valid on rentals from November 25 though 29.

The dollars
Additional taxes and fees may apply.

The catch
You still have to bring the whacky aunt.
