Authorities are still investigating the three ricin-laced letters sent to Michael Bloomberg, President Obama, and a lobbyist, but Texas-based actress Shannon Rogers Guess has said her Army veteran husband Nathanial Richardson is behind the letters. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports.

New York City Mayor Bloomberg, a vocal advocate of gun control, received letters that tested positive for ricin on Wednesday. The letters included threats and references to the recent gun law debate. Dan Gross of the Brady Campaign discusses.

  White House confirms letter mailed to Obama tested positive for ricin

WNBC Chief Investigative Reporter Jonathan Dienst reports that letters sent to President Obama, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and a gun control lobbyist all tested positive for ricin. Investigators believe the letters were sent by the same person and that no one has been harmed.
