  Witness to USS Missouri history dies

Frank Borrell, who witnessed the signing of Japan's "Instrument of Surrender" 65 years ago aboard the USS Missouri, has died. In September Borrell traveled to Honolulu, Hawaii to see the "Mighty Mo.” NBC's Lee Cowan was there for that final visit.
