Japan government warns Mitsubishi Motors over recall delays

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's transport ministry told Mitsubishi Motors Corp <7211.T> on Tuesday that it must conduct vehicle recalls more quickly after discovering multiple problems in past cases, on the same day that the carmaker filed for another recall.Full story

Mitsubishi recalls Outlander Sport vehicles for several issues

DETROIT (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Motors Corp is recalling 8,263 Outlander crossover vehicles in the United States and Puerto Rico for three different issues related to brake lights, fuel gauges and shifting the vehicles out of park, federal regulators said on Wednesday. Full story

Mitsubishi recalls 14,700 electric cars globally over brakes

TOKYO (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Motors Corp <7211.T> said it would recall about 14,700 electric vehicles (EV) globally due to a brake problem unique to the electric-motor powered cars in one of the biggest callbacks involving the new generation of eco-friendly cars. Full story
