The deal
Pack your bathing suit, sunscreen, a pair of shades, and head to the southernmost point of the Baja California peninsula without putting your bank account in the red.

The AAA Four-Diamond Marquis Los Cabos, which sits on the soft-sand shores of the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez, is promoting a stupendous deal from January through May 2010 that allows guests to stay at the palatial resort for three nights, for the price of two: $694 — with daily breakfast included!

That’s not all, though. Marquis Los Cabos will give visitors a complimentary upgrade to either a 1,420-square-foot Marquis Suite (regularly $539/night) or a 1,675-square-foot Casitas (rack rates are usually $721/night) — both of which offer guests a private pool with stunning ocean vistas. Also included in this deal is a free two-day car rental, should you have the urge to explore nearby villages and Baja California Sur’s desert oasis.

About the Resort: Since opening in 2003, Marquis Los Cabos has been busy racking up several prestigious allocades such as “World’s Best” from Travel + Leisure, “Gold List” from Condé Nast Traveler, and is a member of Leading Hotels of the World.

Furthermore, the 237 all-suite resort contains a 15,000-square-foot holistic spa and fitness center, as well as several infinity pools. The property also prides itself on having Canto del Mar, a Five-Star Diamond restaurant.

The dollars
Rates are based on double occupancy. Taxes and fees are additional.

The catch
Sombreros not included.
