A lot of fans thought Tim Tebow’s career was over after he was dropped by the New York Jets following a terrible season, but the quarterback will play again next year as a member of the New England Patriots. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports.

Quarterback Tim Tebow is one of the NFL’s most famous players without a team since being cut from the New York Jets on Monday after his abilities on the field didn’t match the hype off the field. NBC’s Craig Melvin reports.

Ouch! Tim Tebow released from Jets lineup
Tim Tebow has confirmed that the New York Jets have released him from his contract. Tebow saw very little play last year in his first and only season with the Jets. The news comes after the Jets picked up quarterback Geno Smith in the NFL draft, giving the team six QBs.
