  Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., joins Morning Joe to discuss why the Senate should have the chance to vote on gun reform legislation. Some Republican Senators, including Ted Cruz of Texas and Marco Rubio of Florida have floated the idea of a filibuster if Harry Reid moves a bill on guns to the Senate floor.
