Question: Do carb pills help you lose weight?

Answer: There are pills on the market that claim to decrease or block the absorption of carbs. However, in reality, these pills will have a negligible effect on your weight.

They can also cause unpleasant side effects such as gas and bloating.

I would recommend that you save your money.
