On New York’s Roosevelt Island, officials held a dedication ceremony for the memorial park honoring President Franklin D. Roosevelt nearly 40 years after it had first been designed. The park is a spectacular tribute to Roosevelt’s Four Freedoms Speech. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
