United Airlines, a unit of UAL Corp., said Wednesday it will launch seasonal nonstop service to Anchorage, Alaska.

The service, which begins May 22, will connect Anchorage to United's hubs in Chicago, Denver and San Francisco. The service will launch to Chicago first and then expand to the other two cities in June.
