On top of Half Dome in Yosemite, at sunrise after hiking all night.

My best friend and I decided to hike Half Dome but wanted to avoid the crowded day time scramble to the top so we chose to go at night. We planned our trip around a full moon which was on a Monday night so we left for Yosemite directly after work. The 4-hour drive put us at the trail head by 11PM. The moon was so bright we decided to hike without our headlamps on which was amazing....until we practically tripped over a bear about 3 hours into the hike! After that it was headlamps ON! Good thing too because 2 hours later
