Continental Airlines Inc. said Friday it will increase flights from Newark, N.J., to London's Heathrow Airport this year.
The airline, based in Houston, will add a fourth daily service to the route in March and a fifth daily service in October. That will bring the total number of Continental daily departures to Heathrow to seven, including its twice-daily service from Houston.
Also, Continental said that effective June 1, 2010 all aircraft scheduled for Heathrow flights will feature new lie-flat seats in its BusinessFirst cabin.
