RETURN TO RISK: Investors move back into risky assets like stocks at the expense of safe havens like Treasurys after European leaders agreed to a $1 trillion rescue package to protect the euro and contain Greece's debt crisis.

POTENTIAL TO CLIMB: Interest rates could jump further this week ahead of a fresh round of Treasury auctions.

UPCOMING AUCTIONS: The government is selling $78 billion in three-, 10- and 30-year Treasurys this the week. Rates often climb before auctions anyway.
