CLEARWATER, Fla., Aug. 30, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ORHI) announces that OmniResponse, Inc., the wholly- owned consumer products enterprise of OmniReliant Holdings, Inc., has gained accelerated growth of its ColdFire® brand with the execution of new distribution agreements, vendor agreements, retail sales orders along with sales made on its website at www.buycoldfire.com .  

The ColdFire® product is a non-toxic, easy-to-use, liquid spray that safely extinguishes flames from various types of fires and leaves the surface cold to the touch. After the ColdFire® product was recently featured on the season premier of PitchMen , a popular TV series on the Discovery Channel, the product's web sales increased by more than 3,500% while web traffic increased by 1,400% compared with the respective web sales and web traffic from the week prior.

In the episode, Anthony "Sully" Sullivan ignited himself on fire with flames from a blow-torch, and then drenched himself in the ColdFire® product to extinguish the flames. "I never thought I would set myself on fire for anything, ever! But after working with ColdFire®, I knew I would be safe. If my demonstration saves one person from being burned, then it was worth it," said Sully.

Since the show's airing, OmniResponse has signed a major distribution agreement with a company that will represent and pitch the products for distribution to supermarket chains across the US.  This distribution agreement has already led to six new vendor agreements with major supermarket chains. In addition, we have already received purchase orders from major retailers including Wegmans Food Markets, Weis Supermarkets and Chefs Catalog.
