This single, overall rank provides retail bankers with a fast, top-line view into how their web or mobile sites are performing across multiple dimensions in comparison to competitors and industry leaders.

The U.S. Retail Banking "Rank of Ranks" is the first in the industry to provide an aggregate ranking across all benchmark measurements and sets a new industry benchmark standard for delivering superior web experiences. The U.S. Retail Banking Web Site Performance Index consolidates multiple tests to provide retail banks with a single rank to quickly compare their performance to top competitors and industry leaders. Regions Bank earned the number one ranking across all fifteen retail banking companies for the first U.S. Retail Banking "Rank of Ranks" measured from August 8 - August 22, 2010.
