BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 9, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City National Bank, California's Premier Private and Business Bank®, announced today that Jonathan Worley has joined the bank's Wealth Management Division as vice president and head trader for the bank's brokerage subsidiary, City National Securities (CNS).

Worley will assume responsibility for managing all CNS trading desk functions. He reports to City National Securities Manager Michael Nunnelee.
Worley comes to City National with more than 20 years of trading, sales and sales management experience with fixed-income investments. Most recently, he worked for De La Rosa & Co. in Westwood, a full-service investment bank specializing in tax-exempt underwritings, where he established a taxable trading desk during his three years there. Additionally, he served as head taxable trader for Hoefer & Arnett in San Francisco and Wedbush Securities in Los Angeles. Worley began his career as a mortgage-backed securities trader for Countrywide. Worley will focus on broadening the types of high quality securities CNS makes available to its self-directed brokerage clients.
