FACT is pleased to announce that through our wholly-owned subsidiary, FACT Products Inc., we have acquired a business dedicated to marketing private-label natural products and supplements (NPS) into international markets. FACT Products has hired two new employees with significant international experience in the NPS market, as well as worldwide professional and NPS distribution networks. In the first 12 months we will focus on the launch of 20 specialty private-label supplements into international markets, which is expected to generate gross revenue of approximately $1.6 million.
