COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Accredited Members Holding Corporation (OTCBB:ACCM) has signed a new managed fee service agreement with Malemark, Inc. to provide a full range of senior management services including financial reporting, accounting and investor relations, among others. This $600,000 annual services contract ($50,000 per month) provides a shared cost structure approach that benefits both companies.
