Mr. Farrell is the President of Access Claim & Consulting Services, Inc and BMF Insurance Consulting, LLC in Connecticut. Prior to his current role, Mr. Farrell held various leadership positions with Aetna Life & Casualty before the company merged with Travelers Insurance in 1996. He became the second Vice President of Transition/Finance and the second Vice President of Specialty Insurance Claims and the Vice President of Major Case Unit. Mr. Farrell retired in 2004 while holding the role of Vice President, Liability Claim.
Along with his extensive claim professional background, Mr. Farrell servedon the Retirement Board, Justice of the Peace and Inland/Wetlands Commission in Bristol, CT. He is heavily involved in his community and has served on the Board of Directors for Arbitration Forums, Inc, Family Services, Inc, Bristol Sports Hall of Fame and several area sports leagues.

Currently he provides claim audit and consulting services for insurance carriers, self insured's and third party administrators including file review for all lines of business, bad faith, workflow analysis, litigation management and procedures/controls recommendations.
