ORANGE, Calif., Sept. 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canyon Acres Children and Family Services, a Southern California charity organization committed to providing homes, care, treatment and supportive services for abused, neglected and emotionally troubled children and their families, today announced that Mike Faddoul has joined its board of directors. Faddoul is currently the Managing Partner at KMJ Corbin & Company.

Prior to KMJ, Faddoul spent more than a decade at Deloitte & Touche. His professional experience spans numerous industries, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, real estate, life sciences, technology and services. His clients are both publicly-traded and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations with revenues in excess of $500 million annually. Faddoul also has broad experience with the Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and periodic reporting requirements. His business consulting experience includes acquisition consulting, transaction due diligence and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.
Faddoul holds a BA in business administration from California State University, Fullerton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants; he is also actively involved as a youth sports coach with Yorba Linda NJB, Yorba Hills Little League and Hard 9 Travel Baseball Club. Mike is also a member of the Board of Directors of Yorba Hills Little League.
