MATTOON, Ill., Sept. 29, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On August 2, 2010, the board of directors of Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38738 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on November 1, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2010.
