(OTCBB:CYLU) announced today that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Fiocchi Ammunition USA, a world leader in the field of small-caliber ammunition, to develop and market ChemiTracer®, the world's first non-pyrotechnic shotgun tracer. ChemiTracer creates a daytime visible trace that travels with the cloud of the shot allowing shooters to instantly determine how to correct their aim. Cyalume and Fiocchi anticipate presenting the new ChemiTracer shotshell platform this fall with a planned full product launch in 2011.
The integration of Cyalume's innovative chemiluminescent light technology into the Fiocchi shotshell offers shotgun shooters an unparalleled training aid.
