The firm's Financial Services Infrastructure Practice works with banks, wealth management firms, mutual fund companies, and other financial institutions, helping them build stronger teams for their Legal, Risk, Compliance, Government Affairs, Audit, Marketing and Communications, Finance, Technology and Operations functions. It is a highly specialized practice that combines the sector experience of Heidrick & Struggles' global financial services team with the expertise of the global functional practices. As a partner within this group, Mr. Mullin will be instrumental in delivering executive search and leadership development services to financial clients in the region as well as globally. Specifically, he will be leveraging his expertise across technology and operations to deliver search and advisory services to clients across the sector.

Mr. Mullin joins Heidrick & Struggles after 21 years with Accenture, where he was a Partner for the last 10 years. While there, he served clients within the financial services industry by leading and delivering complex business and technology initiatives. Mr. Mullin has significant international experience, having worked with clients in Europe, Asia and Australia on transformational programs specific to program management, IT operating models, technology and business governance, core banking technologies, CRM, vendor management, IT strategy, organizational development/restructuring and business processes/technology outsourcing, among other areas.
