LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NGAS Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:NGAS) today announced that William S. Daugherty, President and CEO, will present at the Independent Petroleum Association of America's Annual Oil and Gas Investment Symposium (OGIS) West being held Tuesday, October 12, 2010 through Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Daugherty will be presenting at the OGIS on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time (5:30 p.m. Eastern). During his presentation, Mr. Daugherty plans to discuss NGAS and its natural gas opportunities in the Appalachian and Illinois Basins, as well as provide a general business update.
